The installation is not easy and the bolts barely fit. The plastic wicker often covered the hole making it hard to insert and even harder to tighten.It's also not very comfortable. It looks awesome, but you have to recline more than sit in it. And the lower bar seems to hit the back of your legs awkwardly. Overall, it's a very pretty swing, but I would not rate it as comfortable or well made. I did purchase at a deep discount, so if I get a year or two out of it in the Arizona environment, I'll be satisfied. But if I'd paid over a thousand dollars ... I'd be returning it. Additionally, the cables are exposed and pose an extreme pinch issue on the handrails. Most importantly, I would worry about small children and the danger of strangulation or injury if they fell between the cables and armrest. Once set up, this is not a 'fixed' swing, it will rotate either forward or back on the cables, posing serious safety issues.
