I really wanted the PBK table, but didn't want to spend that much on it. I found this one and saw on the reviews that it was just as tall as the one from PBK. I have to say I LOVE this table. It's the perfect size for a 3 y/o. She will be able to use it for years to come. The chairs are sturdy enough to hold an average size adult. I got it at a great price (thanks Amazon). The assembly was a breeze with a power drill, only took about 30 mins. It's great for kids 5-11. This is NOT a toddler set, which is awesome. Great quality, design, color, etc. Our only complaint was the tape all over the wood. They wrap each chair piece in bubble wrap; however they don't pay attention when taping and you end up with tape residue all over your chairs. Plan to spend a few hours gently cleaning the residue before you allow your children to play with the set. It may have just been our set that they didn't pay attention when taping, but be prepared. Besides the tape issue, this set is outstanding! We know we will get years of use out of it as our 5 year old can't reach the floor when sitting properly in the chair and it was still a great fit for our 10 year old. Definately a quality product. |
