I like to sit outside and bird watch. The portability of this chair is great, and it's really comfortable. There's no assembly, just unfold and have a seat. The foot and head rests are a real plus. I use the side pockets to hold my bird books and binoculars. Ice cold beverages fit right in the armrest. It's roomy enough to curl up with a good book while catching some fresh air. It comes with a ground rug that wraps around the folded chair for ease in carrying this chair with you. It was worth every penny to me.

This camping chair was more money than many comps, but the benefit is how sturdy it is. Other chairs have thinner straps, especially around the foot rest. If you have kids who like to climb on you when you have your feet up - this chair will be less likely to break then the cheaper ones. It's also quite comfortable. Another reviewer said it comes with a ground cover - I assumed this was a blanket to keep you warm or keep the bugs off - but I suppose that just means it's useful. I don't regret this purchase - despite the higher cost. It's a nice chair and one that is more likely to last.
